It's almost shocking how great the staff are here with making you feel like the most important customer in the world AND offering great advice. I've never regretted going to Ace.

I've been coming to this Ace Hardware ever since buying my house in Crowley back in Dec 2020 and they are always helpful, today being no exception. This time I needed to extend the water pipe in my shower an additional two inches so the monstrosity of a shower head will clear the shower caddy. (See pictures) As I made my way down to isle 12 a sales associate named Aiden came out of a side isle asking if I needed help. After I briefly explained what I was wanting to do, he accompanied me on down to isle 12 and after reviewing a few options, finally settled on a 2" long "nipple" pipe and a coupling (see picture). Throughout the whole process Aiden was always helpful and even offering a couple of suggestions as well. Finally, as an afterthought, I touched on HVAC air filters because, well, they were right there at the end of isle 12, and briefly explained that when I was younger, my dad had bought a metal air filter for our house so I was curious if Ace Hardware sold those as well. Turns out they do not. Thank you Aiden for your help and assistance! First picture is before, second picture is after and third picture is the pipe packages. Helpful Tip: for anyone who uses a shower caddy similar to the one in my pictures, if yours has a tendency to slide down the pipe so you're always having to slide it back up, do this: get a 1" hose clamp and attach it to the pipe right in front of the shower caddy. This will keep it firmly in place. There you go, problem solved. You're welcome. :)

Joseph the gentleman at the front door is always friendly and knows exactly what aisle to send you to for what you are needing. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. So much better knowledge and service than Lowes or Home Depot.

I would rather go to ace than home Depot. Ace is the place! Small but fully stocked. Love the blind gentleman that is the greeter on Saturday and Sunday. He knows where everything is located. Service in the garden section is phenomenal. Atmosphere is exc

We experienced excellent customer service at this Ace Hardware. Aiden took time to describe & explain the use of the weed eater/edger machine we wanted to purchase. He went above & beyond what I have seen in a hardware store ever! The store was very clean and organized. They have plenty of inventory for a smaller store compared to other home improvement stores. Plenty of parking. Plus we were greeted by friendly people and cashier was super friendly and helpful too. Much better than big stores with no help to be found. ( I thought guy helping us was named Ben but husband believes his name is Aiden).
